At Pfeiffer Farms we take boarding your horse seriously. Your horse will recieve high quality Seminole  grain , free choice hay and  day or night turnout (at your request).  Comfortable brightly lit 12 x 12 matted stalls  with fans and always freshly bedded.   Blanketing, fly mask, hosing after turnout and holding for vet and farrier are included with board.

We pride ourselves in treating each horses needs individually.

Monthy board: 450.00 (includes listing above)

Lesson board:  585.00 (includes regular boarding and 4 private lessons within each month)

Leasing:

We offer many different leases to meet your needs. Leasing is a great opportunity for a student to experience what it is like to own and care for a horse at a fraction of the cost. While we may offer full leasing, 1/2 leasing is the most popular. With the 1/2 lease students get to have scheduled practice rides outside of thier lesson program.

Full Lease: Lessee pays owner a set yearly price and is then responsible for board and 100% expenses.

1/2 Lease: 350.00 per month and 1/2 expenses. 3 practice rides weekly , 1st option to horse show.

Single Practice Ride: 30.00 (6 or more rides paid for in advance 25.00 each.) Pre-paid practice rides must be used during the month purchased and will not roll-over into the next month.

Training: Monthly training: 850.00 includes boarding and 5 training rides per week.

All the amenities of Full Board, with the addition of four (4) conditioning rides
per week, marketing of sale horse, showing to potential clients and all sale
negotiations. (15% commission applies to final sale price, unless otherwise stated.)
