At Pfeiffer Farms we offer riders of any age and any level the opportunity to learn not only how to ride, but also proper horse management.  Our Students learn how to groom and tack their mount before riding, and are expected to stay after the lessons to take care of the horse and its tack/equipment.  Students here prepare their horses for horse shows, and learn all the skills of being a good horse person.  We feel it is important that they love not only riding, but the care of the horse as well. 

Our Lessons are tailored to meet the individual needs of each and every rider.  Our group lessons consist of 2-3 students so that we may better assist them in learning proper riding skills.  Each student moves at his/her own rate of speed and are never pushed to jump higher fences unless both the rider and the instructor are confident. 

 Flatwork is based on  centered riding techniques using imagery and excersizes that help the rider gain the confidence they need to acheive their personal  riding goals. Whether in the dressage ring or riding over fences good flatwork produces good horses and riders. 

The jumping skills each rider learns will help them with proper balance and the strength they will need to ride both in the ring and out on Cross Country.  Each rider moves at his.her own pace to gain confidence  over fences.
